Adjournments eat Rs 20,000 in 60 sec: Punish monetarily to Congress for ‘Q’

People money goes in to drain due to adjournments in Parliament on Q-issue
but fingers will be raised on Gandhis for not bringing back Mr. Q in India. Are Gandhis not liable for monetary punishment?

More than Rs 250 crore spent in chasing the Rs 64 crore
Above fact is related to Bofors scandal in which no one comes out unblemished.

* As reported in July 17, 2003: Mr Quattrocchi was facing an extradition trial in Malaysia. However, after the CBI’s appeal was quashed by the lower court and the high court in Kuala Lumpur, the Italian businessman left that country saying that he would be back after finishing his work. Mr.Q beloved of Gandhi Family said:” 'I believe it would be in interest of justice and India's reputation if this case against me is brought to an end.'

* Former minister of state Margaret Alva helped Quottrochhi to fly from India 29-30, 2003, by keeping File of CBI till August 16.

Ottavio Quattrocchi is Italian citizen with Italian passport. Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are also citizens of both Italy and India with also Italian passports.

Ottavio Quattrocchi took shelter in the Italian Embassy of Argentina. He got bail after taking the surety by the Ambassador. Sonia Gandhi with her late husband Rajiv Gandhi had took shelter in Indian Embassy at the time of Bangladesh liberation War.

On the proposal of Rajiv Gadhi Quattrocchi could become the agent for getting kick back in the Bofors. He was in India at that time with Gandhi family. As per my knowledge Quattrocchi’s wife is the cousin sister of Sonia Gandhi. In this or in other way he is the family member of Gandhis. Mr. and Mrs Gandhi had enjoyed picnic jointly as Rahul Gandhi had enjoyed the picnic in the hotel of South India with his Columbian girl friend. Rahul Mahajan, Salman, Sanjay and 275 youths of Pune’s Rave Party are called bad boys but Rahul baba is a good boy!

Ottavio Quattrocchi owned so many houses in Italy. Sonia Gandhi also owned a house in Italy though she has no house in India as per the affidavit filed by Sonia Gandhi herself in the Election office at the time of contesting Lok Sabha election in 2004.

There was a celebration in Italy after gaining seven more Lok Sabha seats than the BJP. Congress is slowly and slowly going on in Italian color. Their leader likes Italian dish as we like South Indian Idli and dosa. At the time of previous Football world cup Congress of Bihar in Patna worshipped for the victory of Italy.

Gandhis frequently suffers with Italian passport also. At the time of NDA rule Rahul Gandhi and his Columbian girl friend had caught by Americas FBI at Boston Air Port with Italian passport. Brijesh Mishra was the chief of PMO at that time. His daughter married an Italian and she still lives in Italy. Gandhis approached him through her and due to Brijeshji Gandh could be free. Margret Alwa followed this and she became the medium to make way for flying Quattrocchi from India to Italy.

Mother of Sonia had come in India from time to time such as she attended the marriage of former Petroleum Minister Satish Sharma’s son. Gandhis has also gone to Italy from time to time. Then why did they not try to bring Quattrocchi along with them.

a/c was defreeze to facilitate Mr. Q for drawing Rs. 21 crores.
CBI which worked under PMO and Government solicitor to pursue the instruction of Sonia Gandhi and law Minister Bhardwaj went to London to give clearance to defreeze Mr. Q's accounts in London bank and drew Rs 21 crores related to Bofors kick back. Sonia is looting Sone ki cidiya?

Quattrocchi’s son come to India but Quattrocchi can’t be brought to India.

UPA to save Sonia made way for Quattrocchi to get bail Argentina UPA would open its tongue after 17 days of his detention.

Bring Quattrocchi in India: Appeal in SC
An application was moved before the Supreme Court on Saturday seeking a direction to Government to take proper steps for extradition of Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi from Argentina where he has been detained and now he is in bail there. .The application which was filed by advocate Ajay Agarwal, has sought direction to the CBI to submit status report on the steps taken for Bofors accused, Quattrocchi's extradition.

How Quattrocchi got bail in Argentina!?
It was in this somewhat sleepy provincial capital that Ottavio Quattrocchi's appeal against a court decision to refuse him bail was heard on February 23 in Argentina. Pressure from the Italian Government was clearly responsible for the conditional release of Ottavio Quattrocchi.

As reported in the Hindu Daily: Mr.Quattrocchi's appeal to obtain bail goes under the follwoing description: "Expte.No.9703/07 Quattrocchi, Ottavios/Recusro de Apelacion en Excpte.No.581-1/07 - Defensor Oficial Racagni, Pedro" - Pedro Racagni being his court-appointed lawyer. The document is dated February 23, 2007. The two appellate judges Mario Osvaido Boldu and Ana Minconi made the following observations in ordering the release of Mr.Quattrocchi. That under Argentina's penal code detention could not be either arbitrary or unreasonable and in this case keeping Mr.Quattrocchi in preventive detention would be unreasonable since it did not have a sound basis. That Mr.Quattrocchi was 68 and in a fragile state of health and that the Argentine state is required to guarantee the detenu's state of health in keeping with its own laws and international norms and agreements.

How MPs waste Rs 20,000 in 60 sec
As reported by CNN-IBN: While the Ottavio Quattrocchi detention and deportation issues continue to create ripples in the diplomatic circles, the impact is also being felt by the Indian taxpayers.

As Parliament continues to face multiple adjournments on the Q-issue, it’s the common man’s money that goes down the drain.

Parliament disruptions cost the taxpayers Rs 20,000 a minute.
This has now upset industrialist-politician Rahul Bajaj so much so that he, in a bid to end unnecessary squabbles, has proposed a fine for the erring politicos.
Bajaj has written to the Rajya Sabha Chairman seeking exemplary monetary punishment for the ones who initiate and instigate
Adjournments.

“To run Rajya Sabha, it costs the government Rs 100 crore per year. The average no.of days that Rajya Sabha sits is 85, so it’s Rs one crore a day,” says Bajaj.
Adjournments aside, the Parliamentarians have taken the definition of vacation to another level. So while the entire country gets back to work on on Monday after the Holi weekend and festivities, MPs want one more day off.

“Parliament should be off for another day as all MPs go to their constituencies and meet people,” says BJP MP, Ravi Shankar Prasad.

Agrees Congress MP, Rajiv Shukla, “Most MPs go to their constituencies and it’s very difficult to wind up the Holi functions in one day. So they require the next day too to cover their constituencies.”

In the recent past, Opposition NDA has hit out at the UPA over rising prices, often bringing the two houses of Parliament to a standstill to get their message across.
