Sonia Gandhi wants to make ‘management guru’ Lalu bigger than Big B. Garib Rath as reservation for creamy layer and separate cell in jail and coach in trains should be for corrupt tainted politician.

Union Railway Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) president Lalu Prasad Yadav wants to do something that even Amitabh Bachchan cannot do: an image makeover.

Moily reported to Mr. Clean
The bulk of Veerappa Moily-headed ARC Administrative Reforms Commission recommendations relate to babus and politicians, with the Moily-led panel focusing on misuse of office. Stressing that corruption was the single biggest contributor to India's slow growth, Moily said, "Monopoly and discretion minus accountability is corruption. Corruption is not only an ethical issue but it is also hindering our growth. It is seriously hurting social services which are critical for the poor." The concern is reflected in the suggestion to amend Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act to provide for special offence of "collusive bribery" —an offence if the outcome of a transaction results in loss to the State, public or public interest.

Sonia praises Lalu
Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi on Feb 13, 2007 praises Lalu Prasad saying he has introduced "new style" to improve the functioning of the Railways. "Prasad has introduced new style to improve Railways functioning. For this everybody is praising him," she said after laying the foundation stone of a Rail Coach factory in her Lok Sabha constituency Rae Bareli in the presence of Prasad and his two deputies - Naranbhai Rathwa and R Velu.

"Lalu Prasad is firm on his words. Whatever he promises, he does it. That is why I hope that this factory will be ready soon and start working and will provide employment to youth here," she said. Asserting that people gets name for his works, she said similarily, a government is also remembered for his work. "I am satisfied that our UPA Government at the Centre was proving to be a government that works", she said.

“You sing for me, I sing for you”
Lalu true follower of Sonia Gandhi follows her to sing for her. He said in his speech today that he would say in the past that Sonia would be the Prime Minister. At that time people called him mad. Now that becomes reality. It means Sonia Gandhi is the Prime Minister as he said. He forgot PM Manmohan Singh. In the past he has enrolled his name also in the list of future PM.

'Sab golmaal hai'
On Jan 19, 2007 President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam inaugurated the three-day meet. Nearly 500 people, including NRIs, economists, technocrats and investors from around the world, are participating. But Lalu Prasad described the meet as 'Sab golmaal hai' (Not everything's right with it). He said he organized a big NRI meet in Patna in 1995 to attract investment in the state. 'It was a mega event but the net result was zero as no NRI investors came forward. 'Look, such a meet is only for big announcements as was the case in 1995. Nothing materialized, I experienced this harsh reality,' Lalu Prasad said.

Mantras of the management guru
Lalu Yadav may be the quintessentially rustic politician whose 15-year-rule in Bihar as chief minister was dubbed by critics as 'jungle raj,' but India's Railway Minister Lalu Prasad has become a 'management guru’ not only for IIM but also for international students. Lau Yadav has delivered a lecture to the management students and the faculty at IIM-A, explaining how he turned around the Indian Railways from a loss-making operation to a public sector unit that stunned everyone by earning a profit of Rs 15,000 crore (Rs 150 billion) in 2005-06.

So what has Prasad done to the Indian Railways which his predecessors could not? The answer lies in his down-to-earth attitude and rustic wisdom.
Prasad puts it in his inimitable style: "My mother always told me not to handle a buffalo by its tail, but always catch it by its horns. And I have used that lesson in everything in my life, including the Railways." When some of the Railway Board members expressed apprehensions in increasing wagon loads, a decision which alone generated Rs 7,200 crore (Rs 72 billion), Prasad said: "Wagon is the bread-earning horse of the Railways. Load it adequately. Make it run and don't stable it."
Prasad's other management mantra for the Railways has been: "If you do not milk the cow fully, it falls sick," which he is practicing while running the Railways.

Lalu of Sonia Gandhi, an International management guru!!
The turnaround story of Indian Railway is a big hit in the business institutions across the world. With this success story, the Railway minister Lalu Prased has become International management guru. Earlier, IIM Ahmedabad had invited Lalu to reveal the secret of the success of Indian railway that became profit-making organization from debt-ridden Public Sector Unit. Lalu had revealed his secret steps with a group of 137 students. Among those students, 100 came from Harvard and the rest from Wharton Business School.

Earlier, he has given lectures to professors from Harvard, Wharton, Boston University and American Defense Institute in the past couple of months. He took them to many parts of the country to show the Indian rail network.
Indian express has reported that the visiting professors were also keen to know the authenticity of the claims made by the Indian Railways and its high-profile minister. They wanted to know that whether the turnaround story is residing in office files or looking on ground in reality.

Lalu’s in-laws traveled without ticket
Chapra is the Parliamentary constituency of Prasad. Indian railways would soon attain international standards, Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav said on Feb 10. "I am working overtime towards the objective," Prasad said inaugurating the extension route of the Chennai-Varansi Ganga Kaveri Express at Chapra in Bihar's Saran district. He also inaugurated a computerized reservation centre on the Chapra collectorate premises and laid the foundation stone of remodeling the collectorate railway station.

In a potentially embarrassing incident for Railway Minister Lalu Prasad, his parents-in-law were today caught traveling without ticket in the AC first class coach of the Sampark Kranti Express in Bihar. Shiv Prasad Choudhary and his wife, parents of former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, were found traveling without ticket near Chapra railway station during a ticket-checking drive launched by the East Central Railway, official sources said. The couple, in their late seventies, was traveling from Hajipur to Siwan when the Train Ticket Examiner discovered that they were tickeless, the sources said. Railway’s four body guards along with the couple also were without ticket.

Lalu’s in-laws followed his sons and Mrs. Soren and UP’s Minister of Haj
Sadhu Yadav and Gopal Yadav brothers of the former CM Rabri Devi and brother in laws of Railway Minister Lalu Yadav in the past had ordered the Railway authority for changing the platform of incoming train as per the Yadav’s convenience.
Mrs. Soren wife of former Coal Minister was caught traveling ticketless: After UP’s Minister for Haj was caught traveling ticketless, it was the turn of the wife of Union Minister for Coal and Mines Sibu Soren. Mrs Soren was caught aboard the Neelanchal Express travelling from Delhi to Bokaro without a proper ticket. She was accompanied by her son and daughter, with the son travelling on his father’s ticket. Before this, Haji Yakub Qureshi was also caught along with three supporters travelling ticketless on board the Delhi-Lucknow Mail. The minister was fined Rs 14,000. The minister told reporters he had a valid ticket and was being harassed due to a “political conspiracy”. “I am writing to the Union Government...I will disclose the names of people harassing me later,” he added.
What will be now Lalu’s Order for the TC
TC has caught red handed to the in-laws of Lau. Will TC get punishment or reward from Railway Minister? Before this, Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, during his unannounced visit to Patna Junction on Feb 11, threatened to fire a number of railway employees after he noticed many infractions including filth on tracks, unkempt platforms, sub-standard food items at the railway canteen, and leaking roof above the platform. He was also not too pleased by the late arrival of Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Pankaj Jain who could not reach the railway station until Yadav was about to leave. "The station is cleaned only when they know I am coming to check things out. Otherwise no one seems to be doing his or her job," an angry Railway Minister told the DRM ordering suspension of nearly a dozen railway employees.Yadav, after instructing the DRM to ensure the railway station always remained in a spic and span condition, left for New Delhi on a special train. After getting clearance in fodder scam, now Lalu make the line clear for his corrupt rail which runs from 10 Janpath to UPA Government in this way.

Garib Rath as reservation for creamy layer should be flagged by Lalu
Railway Minister Lalu Prasad on Oct 5, 2006 flagged off the Garib Rath, first AC train for the poor, from the Saharsa station in Bihar. The ticket for the train to Amritsar in Punjab has been subsidised by almost 50 per cent as against 25 per cent projected in the railway budget. For the 1,500-km journey a passenger will pay only Rs. 695 as against the fare of Rs. 1,279 for travel in AC three-tier in an express train. Travel in the AC chair car will cost only Rs. 595.

"The police and the TT shoo away the poor from even coming close to an AC coach. Such was the discrimination against and disdain for the poor. Now they can travel with equal rights. The Garib Rath is an exercise at giving the poor their rights," Mr. Prasad said.

Congress kaa Haath Garib ke Saath
Separate cell in jail and coach in trains should be for corrupt tainted politician meet: Indian Politics is going through a very peculiar phase. After booking Shibu Soren, Manu Sharma, Tandoor Sharma, Sharda Jain and Sadhu yadav, it seems that all political parties will need a cell for meetings in jails.
Like that there should be separate especial coach in every train for free traveling of the supporters and relatives of elected politicians especially of ministers.
