Will Karnatrak governor remain impartial?
The Union Cabinet on Oct 9, 07 approved President's rule in Karnataka after state Governor Rameshwar Thakur sent a report to President Pratibha Patil, recommending imposition of Central rule in the state in view of the current constitutional crisis.
President Pratibha Patil gave her assent to imposition of President's Rule in Karnataka later on Oct 9.

This is done to give the chance to the Congress to form the government with JD (Secular) as he did before this. Congress tried in the back door to tie JD (S) but he preferred to divide the JD (S) as we know Congress is habitual to do this fraud in every field.
