On Dec 19, addressing a function organised to felicitate BJP's deputy leader in Lok Sabha VK Malhotra on his turning 75, Vajpayee retorted, "The Prime Minister does not know that, since the Jan Sangh era, we have followed the principle of collective leadership, and successfully managed the NDA coalition for six years by the same principle. We decide everything collectively."
Secondly, Vajpayee said, "The PM should realise that the kind of government he leads now is slated to fall on its own because of inherent weaknesses. No one will have to work to topple it. If this is the level of his dig, what to make of his other shots?”

Before civil nuclear trade can begin, several hurdles remain. Street leval allegation of PM. Former SC Judge Krishna Iyer opposed the Deal which allows U.S. dominant Control over our nuclear swaraj.

President Bush on Dec 12, signed a civilian nuclear deal with India, allowing fuel and know-how to be shipped to the world's largest democracy even though it has not submitted to full international inspections.

The bill carves out an exemption in U.S. law to allow civilian nuclear trade with India in exchange for Indian safeguards and inspections at its 14 civilian nuclear plants. Eight military plants, however, would remain off-limits.

"This is an important achievement for the whole world. After 30 years outside the system, India will now operate its civilian nuclear energy program under internationally accepted guidelines and the world is going to be safer as a result," Bush said in a bill-signing ceremony at the White House.

The White House said India was unique because it had protected its nuclear technology and not been a proliferator. The Bush administration said the pact deepens ties with a democratic Asia power, but was not designed as a counterweight to the rising power of China.

Singh said India would not accept new conditions and its nuclear weapons program would not be subject to interference of any kind because the agreement with the United States dealt with civil nuclear cooperation. Then why is there hesitation in voting on Nuke deal in the Indian Parliament as it discussed in American Congress? Is Indian Congress of Sonia India as Indira was India and pre independense was of all Indians?

Former Supreme Court Judge writes to MPs
In a letter addressed to the Members of Parliament, Former Supreme Court Judge, V R Krishna Iyer said 'the Indo-US nuclear deal makes us subservient in the nuclear field' and the US getting 'dominant control over our nuclear swaraj. I beseech every Member of Parliament to resist this semi-colonialism, which has great implication on our international independence'. He further added “Without reference to party differences, the Parliament must unanimously oppose this nuke-deal. Bush cannot sign away today our sovereignty or our plenary power to use nuclear freedom in our people's interest,”

Earlier, opposition leader L.K. Advani of the Bharatiya Janata Party said India should not accept the U.S. legislation, saying that the deal would prevent India from conducting nuclear tests in the future. India conducted its first nuclear test in 1974 and followed it up with a series of nuclear tests in 1998.
"The primary objective is to cap, roll back and ultimately eliminate its (India's) nuclear weapons capability," Advani warned.

Before civil nuclear trade can begin, several hurdles remain. American and Indian officials need to work out a separate technical nuclear cooperation agreement, expected to be finished next year.

Street level allegation of PM in the parliament on Oppossition Leader
The Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, while intervening in a debate in the Lok Sabha on the Indo-US nuclear deal on Monday, said L K Advani would have to ''wait for a very long time'' to have his wish of becoming PM fulfilled………….

Dr. Singh should think about his premiership which depends on the wish of Sonia Gandhi. If he is so confident about the victory of Congress then he should invite midterm poll immediately or allow voting on this Indo-US Nuke Deal.

Above said his remarks showed that UPA government would mortgage India’s sovereignty by this Nuke deal with in a year. PM is hurry because of some hidden deal to fulfill the ambitions of Sonia Gandhi and the Congress Party with Bush Administration. Leftists are silent because they know that signing of this deal means China would be on India’s head forever. All know the friendship between Musharraff and China in the defense matter. Mush sold a portion of PoK to China. He can give more. Manmohan is on his path to invent joint mechanism and to declare that he will consider four pointed knife formula of Musharraf on Kashmir

History of the Indian Congress:
Indian Congress is founded by a foreigner and its present president is also an Italian who has also Italian Citizenship and owned a house in Italy. Why she took shelter in the past in Italian embassy?

Indian Congress is habitual to be played as a toy in the hands of foreign hands.

UPA government’s outsider supporter CPM and CPI are the ‘Yes master’ of the China. For them Mao is god. They can accept any formula blindly which goes against the BJP. Left is barking on Iran issue to pacify its supporters. Left shows teeth as the elephant.

UPA wants to handicuff Bharatmata as in British rule.
